Found Helix Appliance Care while browsing online for some furnace repair help. My furnace was acting up right when it shouldn't, with the temps dropping in Casa de Oro-Mount Helix, CA. Needed someone fast to sort it out, and their site popped up first. Seemed like they knew their stuff, so I gave them a call.
A tech was out by the next day. Real friendly guy, seemed to get what was going on with the furnace right away. He explained things in a way I actually understood, which was refreshing. Turns out, it was some common issue, and he had the part in his truck. Didn't take long at all to fix it up. Honestly, I was kinda surprised at how smooth it went.
Whole experience was just top-notch. From the quick response to the way the tech handled everything. It was professional but not stiff. Billing was straightforward. None of that hidden fee nonsense.
